DIECON 2016 PAINTING CLASSES
             
Prepping Miniatures to Last   Flesh and Faces
  7pm, Friday, June 10th       11am Saturday, June 11th  
Help your paintjob survive the battlefield!
Demonstration and discussion of pinning, cleaning, priming, and sealing techniques, for both the tabletop and the display case.Since this is mostly a demonstration, class size is not limited.
Register in the painting area to guarantee yourself a seat.
  We’ll talk skintones, lighting, techniques for painting male and female faces, and the easiest way to paint those pesky eyes. Paint, brushes and miniatures are provided,though you are welcome to bring your own. There will be enough supplies for eightstudents, but anyone may watch. Registration for classes will be located in the painting
             
  Weathering Techniques  
  11am Sunday, June 12th  
  Battle damage is a great way to add character to Warjacks, vehicles, armored figures and more. We’ll focus on techniques for painting dents, paint chipping and rust stains. Paints, brushes and miniatures are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own. There will be enough supplies for eight students, but anyone may watch.
Registration for classes will be located in the painting area.
 
             
  Speedpainting  
  You’ll have 45 minutes to paint a mini from start to finish! There will be six rounds, and each round will be limited to eight participants. A winner will be chosen from each round of speedpainting, and from those qualifying miniatures an overall winner will be selected as part of DieCon’s Miniature Painting Competition.
Paints, brushes and miniatures are provided.

Registration for speedpainting will be located in the painting area.
