2021 Covid Safety Policies based on

Illinois Health and Madison County Health Departments

• DieCon attendance is capped at 410 paid attendees.  UPDT 06/03
• DieCon daily attendance is currently capped at 410 paid attendees.
   
• Everyone must be pre-registered to attend.  UPDT 06/03
• Everyone must have a DieCon 20-21 membership badge to attend.
   
• Online registration is open until June 9, 2021.
   
• Mail in registration cut off is June 4, 2021 to be received by June 9, 2021
   
• No onsite badge sales.  UPDT 06/03
• Weekend and Single Day membership badges will be available onsite at DieCon.
   
• Masks to be worn on site except when actively eating or drinking.  UPDT 05/20
• Face Masks are no longer required in order to attend.
  • Attendees may at their discretion continue to wear Face Masks
     
• Designated enterance/exit to Gateway Center TBA.  UPDT 05/20
• All Gateway Center entrances and exits will be available
   
• Designated enterance/exit to DieCon space TBA.  UPDT 05/20
• DieCon will have a single entrance/exit point. Doors for Ballroom C
   
• 6’  social distance spacing in all lines.  UPDT 05/20
• 3’ social distance spacing in all lines.  UPDT 06/03
• However, please be courteous to people in line before and behind you
   
• Maximum 6 players per table. (includes GM)
   
• Minimum 6’ spacing separates tables.
   
• Temperature checks no longer required.
   
• Water fountains and water stations will not be available.
